As a native of Rockdale, TX, Renee is a Milam County girl who was uprooted and returned. She proudly supported her husband, Dave, for 20 years as a Navy military spouse and is now fulfilling the role as proud Army mom.
After military life, Renee returned to Texas and joined the educational field. She has taught 4th grade ELA and participated in PTOs, school, community committees and fulfilled team leadership roles. Renee has a BA in Business Administration and Accounting from St. Leo University.
Renee and Dave are the proud parents of 2 children. They reside at Trident Springs Ranch in Hanover, Texas, where they enjoy raising cattle, hosting honey bees for a local honey farm and gardening. She spends her “free” time canning, crafting and spending time with her family and friends.
