Investments
How do you decide where my money gets invested?
We look at your goals, timeline, and comfort with risk, then build a portfolio designed specifically for you. It’s not cookie-cutter.
Are you actively managing things, or do you just set it, and forget it?
We’re actively keeping an eye on things. Markets change, life changes—we adjust along the way.
How often will I hear from you about my investments?
At a minimum, you’ll get regular updates (usually quarterly), but you can reach out anytime—and we’ll proactively check in as needed.
Planning
Do you just handle investments, or do you help with planning too?
Planning is a big part of what we do. Investments are just one piece—we also help with life insurance, long-term care, retirement, taxes, cash-flow and long term goals.
What does a financial plan actually include?
It can include things like: “Am I on track to retire?”, “How much can I spend?”, “How do I reduce taxes?”, and “What happens to my assets long-term?”
When should I update my plan?
At least once a year—but definitely anytime something big changes in your life.
Fees
How do you get paid?
We’re upfront about it. Typically it’s a fee based on the assets we manage or a flat planning fee—no surprises.
Are there any hidden fees I should worry about?
No. Transparency is important to us—you’ll always know what you’re paying and why.

Trust & Security
Where is my money actually held?

Do I need a certain amount of money to work with you?
That depends on the services, but we’ll be clear about that upfront—no awkward surprises.
